Ghanian singer, Fuse ODG has beat Nigerian superstars Davido, Tiwa
Savage and Wizkid to win the Best Africa Act at the 2014 Music of Black
Origin (MOBO) Awards 2014.
The award ceremony which held on Wednesday held at London’s SSE Arena
Wembley. The UK based Ghanaian superstar was not present at the event
but a rep picked up his award for him. Fuse ODG was held up in traffic,
luckily his manager was here to receive the award for Best African Act
at the MOBO Awards 2014.
Founded in 1996, MOBO has been key to elevating black music and culture to mainstream popular status in the UK.
