Students of the University of Jos, Plateau State reportedly evacuated the school premises, Thursday, as reports of the arrest of an alleged suicide bomber made the rounds on the campus. According to reports from Punch, the suspect was apprehended by the students as he tried to enter the premises. The alarm raised by the students sent everybody scampering for safety, even students and teachers in lecture halls abandon their books as they took to their heels. However some students reportedly summoned up courage to capture the alleged bomber, who was almost beaten to a pulp before he was rescued by the school security.
