Singer Oritse Femi who
raked in an award plaque for the most popular song at the 2014 City
People Awards dedicated the award to the late Afro-beat king, FELA
ANIKULAPO-KUTI.
Femi while receiving the award said he worked very hard and he’s excited
about it.
“I worked hard for this award. I’m very excited about it. I give
Almighty God the glory,” The self-acclaimed musical taliban said
“He gave me the talents. I appreciate my fans who have been there for
me. I dedicate this award to late Fela Anikulapo Kuti. And I thank my
manager, Danku who has been supporting me as well.” Femi added.
Oritse Femi who obviously is the rave-of-the-moment has scooped in four
awards from different award ceremony in just two months.
